Using the platform
Classovia Academy provides tools for discovering tutors, booking lessons and managing academic work. Users must provide accurate information, use accounts lawfully and must not attempt to access accounts or data belonging to others.
Parent and student accounts
Parents are responsible for information added to student profiles and for use of the platform on a student's behalf within applicable requirements.
Tutors
Tutors must provide accurate information about their identity, experience and subjects. Tutor approval on the platform does not guarantee a particular academic result.
Bookings and payments
The applicable price and payment method are shown before completion. A lesson may be paid individually or consumed from an eligible active package. Cancellation and refund rules shown in the platform apply to the relevant transaction.
Educational content
Materials uploaded by tutors or users must not infringe the rights of others. The platform must not be used to distribute unauthorized content.
Service availability
Some features may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, external providers or technical conditions. We aim to restore service as promptly as practical.
